Egg Freezing
Oocyte cryopreservation, the scientific name for egg freezing, is a technique that allows women to freeze and store their eggs until they want to start or expand their families.
sperm FREEZING
Sperm freezing is the process of collecting, analyzing, freezing and storing a man’s sperm. The samples are later used for fertility treatments. This overall process is known as cryopreservation.

IUI (Intrauterine Insemination)
The first visit is on the 2nd or 3rd day of the menstrual cycle.
The female first undergoes a baseline trans-vaginal ultrasound.
She then starts the induction of ovulation on that day by taking daily tablets or injections.
IVF (In-vitro Fertilization)
Ligation of the dilated veins around the testicles is done only in cases of severe varicocele which affects the sperm parameters.
ICSI (Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection)
In the ICSI procedure, the female goes through exactly the same steps for standard IVF procedures. The only difference is in the laboratory stage whereby the sperms are injected into the ovum under a highly sophisticated specialized microscope.
IMSI (Intracytoplasmic Morphological Sperm Injection)
IMSI is a modification of the ICSI technique where sperm samples are examined under
an inverted light microscope with high power optics that achieves a magnification
around 6000 times more powerful than standard microscope.
PGD (Pre-Genetic Diagnosis)
After your egg retrieval and fertilization, and before your embryo transfer in your IVF cycle the PGD Testing is carried out, During PGD testing, your doctor will examine the embryos to identify genetic defects within embryos created during the IVF process.
Laser Assisted Hatching
Assisted hatching is an additional procedure that can be performed in patients who are undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. An embryo is surrounded by a hard outer layer of cells called the zona pellucida. You can think of this outer layer as the “shell” of the embryo. An embryo must break free of this “shell” in order to implant into the uterus and develop into a pregnancy.

Varicocele treatment
Varicoceles are a common cause of low sperm production and decreased sperm quality, which can cause infertility.
TESTICULAR BIOPSIES
In cases of no sperm being found in the semen sample (azospermia), sperm are collected from the testicles directly, either by a small incision (biopsy taking), or by aspirating the sperm with a special needle (testicular aspirate). Both techniques are carried out with local anesthesia and not general anesthesia.
